Branching off from the globally-focused Fibrenew International, the Fibrenew North Shore team members are experts in luxury leather, plastic, and vinyl restoration. Catering to residential and commercial clients alike, Fibrenew North Shore repairs, restores, and cleans furniture and equipment, helping brands reflect a quality image and pragmatism towards their customers. All along Chicago’s North Shore, they show residences and commercial entities why they should repair, not replace.

Owner Philip King surmounted a daunting task when he stepped into the world of Fibrenew. Not only was he launching a new business venture, he was doing so near the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. While there was a lot of risk in the initiative, Rizzo Young Marketing LLC collaborated with him on a game plan to set Fibrenew North Shore up for success through the many years to come.

To fuel this strategy, Rizzo Young and Fibrenew North Shore joined forces on a series of before-and-after-style content, taking a “show, don’t tell” position on why customers should choose Fibrenew. From a social media marketing and advertising standpoint, this shot Instagram and Facebook towards the top of the list for starting platforms, though Rizzo Young would later enhance the LinkedIn and Google My Business presence as well. Similarly, Fibrenew North Shore continually added contacts to a lengthy email list, generating a compelling case for a regular email marketing newsletter, where Fibrenew was able to share samples of their work, client testimonials, and the latest offers presented by the brand.
