When first approaching Rizzo Young Marketing LLC, RAM Communications had a straightforward digital marketing strategy, consisting of a website, monthly email marketing newsletter, and a budding YouTube channel dedicated to teaching viewers “telecom 101”. Because owner Rob McCoy ran the business as well as resolved telecom issues alongside his team, generating a consistent marketing and advertising initiative was challenging. In addition, Rizzo Young noticed that RAM Communications lacked a social media presence, leading to missed opportunities. Looking forward, RAM Communications wanted to conduct a quarterly webinar initiative alongside key telecom solutions partners, such as Masergy, Big Leaf, and Access One.

More significantly, Rizzo Young sought to embed every element of the current RAM Communications online presence, guiding prospective clients and current RAM Communications partners from one piece of content to the next, creating a full-featured digital magnetism.
