The goal was to reach out to his current network, which he had accumulated throughout his career, inform them of the new real estate law firm, and engage them regularly about news, services, and more related to his firm and the legal industry as a whole.

Although Venus Travel goes back to ‘68, they recognized the need for assembling a modern digital presence. When approaching Rizzo Young, the owner, John Conenna, wanted to present high-level information on his travel agency to potential clients, while simultaneously showing reverence to his family’s legacy and the Chicagoland Italian-American community that views Venus Travel as a local institution. Keeping these factors in mind, Maria and Rick set out to redesign the Venus Travel website through Squarespace, incorporating high-quality imagery and preparing professional copywriting to clearly communicate their brand’s messaging.

The result of Rizzo Young’s website redesign efforts led Venus Travel to fully reimagine its website aesthetic and user experience. After greeting visitors with a hero video on the homepage, the redesigned site showcases Venus Travel’s repertoire of booking locales. Meanwhile, the site still pays homage to the Conenna family roots, successfully blending together traditionalism with tech-friendly modernism. Most significantly, website analytics rose in numerous key areas, allowing Venus Travel to show brand new audiences why the world is their specialty.

Finally, Rizzo Young progressed the digital footprint across key social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google My Business, staying in front of current and prospective telecom customers.

TitleStar synced up with Rizzo Young Marketing LLC at a time of monumental transition. The title insurance firm commenced a rebranding effort from the previous name of Real Estate Title Company, but the title firm was also growing its identity in relation to the Chicagoland area. After meeting the Rizzo Young team, it was clear that the very first stop on the rebranding journey was developing a new website to represent the face of TitleStar heading into the next decade.

At the surface level, Rizzo Young Marketing LLC quickly realized that a modern design was absolutely necessary for the TitleStar reboot. Building the title insurance company’s website through Squarespace ensured a seamless transition. Beyond that, the firm previously implemented several lengthy contact forms, each with a unique purpose. However, this was effortlessly mitigated by creating one form that allows the user to choose their own path via Formstack. To date, TitleStar serves real estate attorneys, real estate brokers, home sellers, and prospective homebuyers across Illinois, extending their brand’s reach every day.

After Rizzo Young Marketing LLC joined the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce & Industry, our team quickly met a representative of the Des Plaines-based nonprofit. While the Frisbie Senior Center had a previous website designed several years prior, it was time for a modern update that could allow its team members to concentrate more on donations as well as provide several crucial pieces of information that weren’t included previously.

Rizzo Young Marketing LLC designed the new Frisbie Senior Center website through Squarespace. While the donation button was less visible on the original website, Rizzo Young ensured that it would be highlighted, linking directly to the facility’s PayPal account. In addition, Rizzo Young created an extensive events page. While the previous website linked to a third-party tool, the new Squarespace had every event built-in as a separate page; generating a monumental boost towards search engine optimization. Finally, Rizzo Young incorporated several other additions, developing talking points around volunteerism, community partnerships, and the Once & Again Resale Shop.

When you own a business, you tend to wear many hats. For Jim Ross, owning Illinois Property Inspections meant conducting the actual residential and commercial home inspections, while simultaneously driving his company forward. After approaching Rizzo Young Marketing LLC, Jim Ross made it clear that while his business was technically based in Park Ridge, Illinois, he accommodates clientele throughout the entire state. As a jumping-off point, Rizzo Young recommended building a website and a social media presence, however, Illinois Property Inspections also had an extensive email list of Realtors, real estate attorneys, and mortgage lenders. This led Rizzo Young to design a monthly email marketing newsletter to gain traction with the audience, first via MailChimp, before eventually migrating to Squarespace.

As a result of Rizzo Young’s efforts and Jim Ross’ tenacity as a business owner, Illinois Property Inspections was off and running in a couple of months. To date, Illinois Property Inspections accumulated over 70 client testimonials, which were eventually funneled into the brand’s digital marketing strategy. In addition, Jim Ross later embarked on a search engine marketing strategy, focusing primarily on Google Ads which led to a favorable return on investment for the Illinois-based home inspection business.
